I have always been involved with the gym, but at the age of 42 I was getting bored with the same old same old. At that time I was hearing a lot about Lyris Cappelle and how people were loving what she was doing for them. So I jumped on the band wagon and joined Lyris’ client list. I spent 3 months on a program with her and loved it. We have planned a trip to Mexico in Feb/09 and I decided to ask Lyris for help once again. Right now I love the way my body is turning out and I can’t wait to get on the beach.
Sometimes it is hard to keep the momentum going when you are the only person in your family that likes this kind of life style and sometime you come to a bump or two in the road but you just have to get right back on the horse.
